Not only is this an old castle with a romantic past, its present is no less appealing. After the castle was given to Tallinn University of Technology and became, to the joy of the students, their club, it also starred as Baskerville Hall in a Sherlock Holmes movie. Nowadays it is one of the favorite spots for weddings and photo sessions. Right next to the castle there are the palm house, the statue of legendary Kalev, and the „dragon“ statue. The building is situated in a park that is very popular among the sportsmen. There is a rope town on the trees nearby, an open-air swimming pool, training apparatuses. If you want to freshen up after a long dancing session, you have several possible alternative activities to choose from.
